Participating in a Children’s Hearing? Make sure you know your rights.

On Human Rights Day corporate parent SCRA has produced a short cartoon strip aimed at young children.

It covers some of the key rights in a Children’s Hearing.

More detailed information is available on the children and the young people sections of SCRA’s website.

If you are attending a Children’s Hearing, the law says all children and young people should be able to get support and representation from a children’s advocacy worker. You can find out more on the Hearings Advocacy website.
