The new plan shares four key areas where we will focus our efforts in the coming years. The four themes are: children’s rights, high quality hearings, an empathetic and effective panel, and a focus on working collaboratively with partners.
The new plan also reflects the recommendations made by the Independent Care Review, and we will work to make sure the children’s hearings system better serves the needs of infants, children, young people and their families.
